No Other Reliance. In determining to enter into this Agreement, the Restructuring Agreements and the Other Agreements, and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby, such party has not relied on any representation, warranty, promise or agreement other than those expressly contained herein or therein, and no other representation, warranty, promise or agreement has been made or shall be implied.
