Except for the representations and warranties expressly set out in this Section 6.1, none of the members of the Company Group nor any of their Affiliates nor any other Person on behalf of any of them is making or has made any express or implied representation or warranties of any kind or nature whatsoever, including with respect to the Company Group or its respective businesses or with respect to any other information made available to Parent, Acquirer Sub or their Representatives in connection with the Transactions, including the accuracy or completeness thereof and the Company hereby expressly disclaims any such other representations and warranties.
