No Other Representations or Warranties; Disclosure. Except for the representations and warranties of Sellers expressly set forth in this Agreement, neither Sellers nor any other Person makes any other express or implied representation or warranty on behalf of Sellers or otherwise in respect of the Business. Disclosure in a particular Section of the Disclosure Schedule shall be deemed to be a disclosure in all other Sections thereof to the extent that the disclosure in such particular Section on its face would be reasonably relevant in light of the disclosure made.
