Common use of No Other Representations or Warranties; Non-Reliance Clause in Contracts

No Other Representations or Warranties; Non-Reliance. Except as expressly set forth in this Article IV, neither Zillow nor any Zillow Subsidiary has made any representation or warranty, express or implied, to Trulia in connection with this Agreement, the Zillow Merger or any of the other transactions contemplated hereby. Zillow has not relied on and is not relying on any representations and warranties regarding Trulia and the Trulia Subsidiaries, other than representations and warranties expressly set forth in Article III hereof.
