No Other Security Agreement. Except for the First Lien Security Agreement, no effective security agreement, financing statement, equivalent security or lien instrument or continuation statement covering all or any part of the Collateral is on file or of record in any public office, except such as may have been filed by a Grantor in favor of the Administrative Agent, for its benefit and the ratable benefit of the Secured Parties, pursuant to this Security Agreement and except such as may have been filed to evidence Permitted Liens.
