No Other Security Interests or Other Encumbrances. Except as set forth in Schedule 14.11 (and only to the amounts set forth on such schedule), there are no existing security interests, pledges, liens or other encumbrances of any kind, direct or indirect, contingent or otherwise (including without limitation any licensing or partnering arrangements or agreements), in or relating to any assets of Maker, including, without limitation, any Intellectual Property (as defined herein).
