No Other Seller Representations. Without limiting the foregoing, except with respect to the representations and warranties of each Seller set forth in ARTICLE 3 or expressly set forth as representations and warranties in the other Transaction Documents, no Seller makes any representation or warranty in this Agreement with respect to Purchaser’s eligibility to claim Tax Credits.
