No Other Services. The execution of this Agreement does not constitute a request for, nor agreement to provide Energy, any Ancillary Services or Installed Capacity under the NYISO Market Administration and Control Area Services Tariff (“Services Tariff”). If Developer wishes to supply Energy, Installed Capacity or Ancillary Services, then Developer will make application to do so in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.
No Other Services. The execution of this Agreement does not constitute a request for, nor agreement to provide Energy, any Ancillary Services or Installed Capacity under the NYISO Market Administration and Control Area Services Tariff (“Services Tariff”).

This Agreement does not in any way alter the Merchant Transmission Facility’s eligibility for Unforced Capacity Deliverability Rights to the extent such Unforced Capacity Deliverability Rights are requested by the Merchant Transmission Facility after execution of this Agreement.

If Interconnection Customer wishes to supply Energy, Installed Capacity or Ancillary Services, then Interconnection Customer will make application to do so in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.
No Other Services. This Agreement is applicable only to the interconnection of the Plant to the TSP System at the Point of Interconnection and does not obligate either Party to provide, or entitle either Party to receive, any service not expressly provided for herein. Each Party is responsible for making the arrangements necessary for it to receive any other service that it may desire from the other Party or any third party. This Agreement does not address the sale or purchase of any electric energy, transmission service, or ancillary services by either Party, either before or after Commercial Operation.

This Agreement does not in any way alter the Transmission Project’s eligibility for Unforced Capacity Deliverability Rights to the extent such Unforced Capacity Deliverability Rights are requested by Developer after execution of this Agreement.

No Other Services. Landlord shall not be required to provide any services to support Tenant’s use and occupancy of the Premises, except to the extent expressly set forth herein.
