Common use of No Other Severance Benefits Clause in Contracts

No Other Severance Benefits. Employee acknowledges and agrees that the Severance Package provided pursuant to this Agreement is in lieu of any other severance benefits to which Employee may be eligible under any other agreement and/or Entropic severance plan or practice.

No Other Severance Benefits. Employee acknowledges and agrees that the Severance Package severance payments and benefits provided pursuant to this Agreement between Employee and the Company is in lieu of any other severance benefits to for which Employee may be eligible under any other agreement and/or Entropic or Company severance plan or practice.

No Other Severance Benefits. Employee acknowledges and agrees that the Severance Package provided pursuant to this Agreement is in lieu of any other severance benefits to which Employee may be eligible under any other agreement and/or Entropic severance plan or practicepractice (including but not limited to the Life Technologies Corporation Executive Officer Severance Plan) and Employee waives any and all rights to such other severance benefits.

No Other Severance Benefits. Employee acknowledges and agrees that the Severance Package provided pursuant to this Agreement is in lieu of any other severance benefits to which Employee may be eligible under any other agreement and/or Entropic Vista severance plan or practicepractice with regard to a Change in Control.

No Other Severance Benefits. Employee acknowledges and agrees that the Severance Package provided pursuant to this Agreement is in lieu of any other severance benefits to which Employee may be eligible under any other agreement and/or Entropic JNI severance plan or practice.
