Common use of No Other Severance Benefits Clause in Contracts

No Other Severance Benefits. In the event the Employee becomes entitled to severance payments under Section 3.3 of this Agreement, then the amounts payable under this Agreement to the Employee shall be in lieu of, and not in addition to, any similar severance amounts to which the Employee may otherwise be entitled under a severance plan or program of the Company or any employment contract or agreement with the Company.
