Common use of No Other Severance Benefits Clause in Contracts

No Other Severance Benefits. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement of the parties hereto in respect of the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior agreements, promises, covenants, arrangements, communications, representations or warranties, whether oral or written, by any officer, employee or representative of the Company, FBHS, their affiliates or any of their predecessors, including but not limited to any severance pay program or other documents covering salaried or executive employees generally maintained by the Company, FBHS or any of their affiliates or subsidiaries. To the extent severance payments or benefits are required under any applicable local law or otherwise, benefits payable under this Agreement shall be reduced to the extent of any such severance payments or benefits (including, but not limited to, any laws requiring payment in lieu of notice upon the Executive’s termination of employment).
