Common use of No Other Severance Clause in Contracts

No Other Severance. Executive hereby acknowledges and agrees that, other than the severance payments described in this Section 8, upon the effective date of the termination of Executive’s employment, Executive shall not be entitled to any other severance payments or benefits of any kind under any Company benefit plan, severance policy generally available to the Company’s employees or otherwise and all other rights of Executive to compensation under this Agreement shall end as of such date; provided, however, that the preceding clause shall not apply to any additional payments or benefits to which Executive and the Company mutually agree upon in writing following the Effective Date.
