No Other Severance. The severance benefits provided to Executive pursuant to this Agreement are in lieu of, and not in addition to, any benefits to which Executive may otherwise be entitled under any other severance agreement between Executive and the Company, any Company severance plan, policy or program, and any individually negotiated severance provisions as part of any offer letter or employment agreement between the Company and Executive.
