Common use of No Other Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

No Other Subsidiaries. Other than (i) the Partnership’s ownership interest in the Intermediate Partnerships and (ii) the Intermediate Partnerships’ ownership interests in each of Bison, Great Lakes, GTN, NBPC, North Baja, Tuscarora and TC Pipelines Tuscarora LLC, as applicable, neither the Partnership nor the Intermediate Partnerships own, directly or indirectly, any equity or long-term debt securities of any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, association or other entity. Other than its ownership of its partnership interests in the Partnership and each of the Intermediate Partnerships, the General Partner does not own, directly or indirectly, any equity or long-term debt securities of any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, association or other entity.
