Common use of No Other Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Other than its ownership interests in the Operating Subsidiary, the Partnership does not own, and at the Closing Date and each Option Closing Date, if any, will not own, directly or indirectly, an equity interest in any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, association or other entity. Other than its ownership interest in the Partnership and its indirect ownership interests in the Operating Subsidiary, the General Partner does not own, and at the Closing Date and each Option Closing Date, if any, will not own, directly or indirectly, an equity interest in any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, association or other entity.
