Common use of No Other Technology Rights Clause in Contracts

No Other Technology Rights. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, under no circumstances shall a party hereto or its Affiliates or sublicensees, as a result of this Agreement, obtain any ownership interest or other right in any Research Compounds, Clinical Candidates, Licensed Products, technology, trade secrets, patents, pending patent applications, products, vaccines, antibodies, cell lines or cultures, or animals of the other party, including items owned, controlled or developed by the other, or transferred by the other to such party at any time pursuant to this Agreement.

No Other Technology Rights. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, under no circumstances shall a party hereto or its Affiliates or sublicenseeshereto, as a result of this Agreement, obtain any ownership interest or other right in any Research Compounds, Clinical Candidates, Licensed Products, technology, trade secrets, patents, pending patent applications, products, vaccines, antibodies, cell lines or cultures, or animals products of the other party, including items owned, controlled or developed by the other, or 25 29 transferred by the other to such party at any time pursuant to this Agreement.
