No Other Trademarks. During the Term of this Agreement, and the Extended Term if applicable, no Licensee shall license or use any other trademark in connection with products that compete with or are similar to the Licensed Products, other than its own trademarks and third party trademarks pursuant to ODM/OEM arrangements with such Licensee.
