Common use of No Other Voting Agreements Clause in Contracts

No Other Voting Agreements. None of the Shares beneficially owned by Stockholders are subject to any voting trust or other agreement or arrangement with respect to the voting of such Shares (except as established hereby) or that would otherwise have the effect of preventing or disabling Stockholder from performing in any material respect any of its obligations under this Agreement.

No Other Voting Agreements. None of the Shares beneficially owned by Stockholders Shareholder are subject to any voting trust or other agreement or arrangement with respect to the voting of such Shares (except as established hereby) in connection with the Redomestication Transaction or that would otherwise have the effect of preventing or disabling Stockholder Shareholder from performing in any material respect any of its obligations under this Agreement.
