No Other Withdrawal Sample Clauses
The "No Other Withdrawal" clause establishes that parties are not permitted to withdraw from the agreement except as specifically allowed under its terms. No Other Withdrawal. Except as expressly provided in Section 11.2 in connection with the termination and winding up of the Company, the Company shall not be obligated to repurchase the Interest of any Member, nor shall any Member be entitled to receive any other payment or distribution in connection with such Member's withdrawal from the Company.
