No Outside Broker. Except for employees of MLBFS, MLPF&S or one of their affiliates, Customer has not in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby directly or indirectly engaged or dealt with, and was not introduced or referred to MLBFS by, any broker or other loan arranger. Each of the foregoing representations and warranties: (i) has been and will be relied upon as an inducement to MLBFS to make the Loan and each Subsequent WCMA Loan, and (ii) is continuing and shall be deemed remade by Customer on the Closing Date, and concurrently with each request by Customer for a Subsequent WCMA Loan.
