Common use of No Outstanding Charges Clause in Contracts

No Outstanding Charges. There are no delinquent taxes, ground rents, water charges, sewer rents, assessments, insurance premiums, leasehold payments, including assessments payable in future installments or other outstanding charges affecting the related Mortgaged Property;

No Outstanding Charges. There are no delinquent taxes, and all taxes, ground rents, water charges, sewer rentscharges, assessmentsmunicipal charges, insurance premiums, leasehold paymentsassessments, including assessments payable in future installments installments, or other outstanding charges affecting the Mortgaged Property related to such Revolving Credit Loan, which previously became due and owing in respect of the related Mortgaged PropertyProperty have been paid;

No Outstanding Charges. There are no delinquent taxestaxes and, to the best of Company’s knowledge, there are no delinquent ground rents, water charges, sewer rents, assessments, insurance premiums, leasehold payments, including assessments payable in future installments municipal charges or other outstanding charges affecting the lien of the related Mortgaged PropertyMortgage;
