No Owner Participant's Liens. Neither the execution and delivery by the Owner Participant of this Participation Agreement or any other Transaction Document to which the Owner Participant is, or is to become on or before the Closing Date, a party, nor the performance by the Owner Participant of its obligations hereunder or thereunder, will subject the Trust Estate or the Lease Indenture Estate, or any portion of either thereof, to any Owner Participant's Lien.
