No Ownership in Direct Technology. Participant and Subscribed Users have the right to access and use the Direct Service as specified in this Agreement. However, neither Participant nor Subscribed Users acquire any ownership, license, sub-license or other rights in the Direct Service or in its underlying technology under this Agreement, either to the extent owned, licensed or provided by CRISP or owned, licensed or provided by the Direct Technology Provider.
