No Parent Representatives Sample Clauses

No Parent Representatives. Shareholder acknowledges that Parent has not made, nor makes to Shareholder, any representation or warranty, whether express or implied, of any kind or character in connection with this Agreement except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
