No Partial Redemption After Default. Anything in this Indenture to the contrary notwithstanding, if there shall have occurred and be continuing an Event of Default described in clause (a) or (b) of the first paragraph of Section 8.01 hereof, there shall be no redemption of less than all of the Bonds at the time Outstanding.
