No Participating Interests. The mortgages or deeds of trust which encumber the Properties are not convertible into equity securities of the entity owning such Property and said mortgages and deeds of trust are not cross-defaulted or cross-collateralized with any property other than other Properties. Neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries or any of their subsidiaries hold participating interests in such mortgages or deeds of trust.
