No Participation in Decision. Regardless of whether Contractor is designated as an FPPC Filer, Contractor shall not make, or participate in making or in any way attempt to use Consultant's position to influence a governmental decision in which Contractor knows or has reason to know Contractor has a financial interest other than the compensation promised by this contract.
