No Participation in Decision. Regardless of whether Sub-recipient is designated as an FPPC Filer, Sub- recipient shall not make, or participate in making or in any way attempt to use Sub-recipient’s position to influence a governmental decision in which Sub-recipient knows or has reason to know Sub-recipient has a financial interest other than the compensation promised by this contract.
