Common use of No Participation in Decision Clause in Contracts

No Participation in Decision. Regardless of whether Consultant is designated as an FPPC Filer, Consultant shall not make, or participate in making or in any way attempt to use Consultant's position to influence a governmental decision in which Consultant knows or has reason to know Consultant has a financial interest other than the compensation promised by this Agreement.

Regardless of whether Consultant is designated as an FPPC Filer, Consultant Consultant’s personnel performing the General Duties (the “Underwriting Team”) shall not make, or participate in making or in any way attempt to use Consultant's position to influence a governmental decision in which Consultant the Underwriting Team knows or has reason to know Consultant has a financial interest other than the compensation promised by this Agreement.
