Common use of No Partnership, Agency, or Joint Venture; No Ownership Interest Clause in Contracts

No Partnership, Agency, or Joint Venture; No Ownership Interest. This Agreement is intended to create, and creates, a contractual relationship and is not intended to create, and does not create, any agency, partnership, joint venture or any like relationship between the parties hereto. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to vest in Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx any direct or indirect ownership or incidence of ownership (whether beneficial ownership or otherwise) of or with respect to any Shares. All rights, ownership and economic benefits of and relating to the Shares shall remain vested in and belong to the Shareholder, and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx shall have no authority to direct the Shareholder in the voting or disposition of any of the Shares, except as otherwise provided herein.
