Nothing in this Agreement will be construed to make Licensee and Programmer partners or joint venturers or to afford any rights to any third party other than as expressly provided herein. Neither Licensee nor Programmer will have any authority to act as an agent for, or to enter into any contracts on behalf of or that will be binding upon the other party.
