No Party Drafter. Certain provisions of this Agreement were drawn by Consultant and certain provisions were drawn by Owner and all provisions have been reviewed by the Parties. As a result: (i) the provisions of this Agreement shall be construed as a whole, according to their common meaning and not strictly for or against any Party in order to achieve the objectives and purposes of the Parties, and (ii) no Party nor its counsel shall be deemed the drafter of any provision of this Agreement.
