No Patient Referral Payments; Change in Laws. Nothing in this Agreement or in the Operative Documents shall be construed as a requirement of patient referrals from Provider to any other Dentist, or as compensation for patient referrals from one Dentist to another. If any governmental agency or court shall issue a ruling or decision that significantly affects the rights or obligations of the parties under this Agreement, either party may give the other party written notice of intent to amend this Agreement to address such change in law. If this Agreement is not so amended within thirty (30) days after such notice, either party may terminate this Agreement by written notice to the other party.
