No Paying Agent or the Registrar shall in any event be liable to the Issuer, the CBC or any other party to the Transaction Documents for any indirect or consequential damage (indirecte xxxxxx). This Clause shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement for any reason.
No Paying Agent or the Registrar shall be liable for any consequential damage (indirecte xxxxxx), such as loss of profits (gederfde winst), loss of business, goodwill or opportunity suffered by the Issuer in connection with the transactions contemplated by and the appointments made in this Agreement.
