No Payment for Unperformed Services. If Vendor fails to provide any Services in accordance with an applicable Engagement Schedule, whether due to the occurrence of a disaster or otherwise, Prudential will not be responsible for the payment of any fees relating to any Services that Vendor fails to provide.
