No Payment if Secured Indebtedness in Default. (1) Upon the maturity of any Secured Indebtedness by lapse of time, acceleration or otherwise, or any other enforcement of any Secured Indebtedness, then, except as provided in Section 5.8, all such Secured Indebtedness shall first be paid in full, or shall first have been duly provided for, before any payment is made on account of the Debenture Liabilities.
