No Payment or Exercise of Remedies. The Subordinated Creditors will not at any time during the Standstill Period, including following any acceleration of the maturity of any amount owing on the Subordinated Obligations, take any action to enforce or collect amounts so owing against the Company or any security for any Subordinated Obligation or act as a petitioning creditor in any bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership or similar proceeding (an "Insolvency Proceeding") filed against the Company or any other Credit Party.
