No Payments until Release Irrevocable. Payments and benefits conditioned upon the execution and nonrevocation of the Release or Supplemental Release shall not be made or commence, notwithstanding any other provision of this transition agreement to the contrary, prior to the expiration of the revocation period for the Release or Supplemental Release, as applicable. Upon the expiration of the applicable revocation period for the Release or Supplemental Release, any payments or benefits so postponed shall be cumulated and paid the day after the expiration of such revocation period; provided you have not revoked the Release or Supplemental Release.
