No Pending Lawsuits. Employee represents and warrants that Employee does not have any lawsuits, charges, claims, grievances, or actions of any kind pending against any Company Releasees arising out of or in connection with any Claims released herein, by or on behalf of Employee or on behalf of any other person or entity, and that, to the best of Employee’s knowledge, Employee possess no such claims (including, but not limited to, under the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the California Family Rights Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the California Labor Code and/or workers’ compensation claims). Employee further acknowledges that he/she is not aware of, or has fully disclosed to the Company, any information that could reasonably give rise to such a claim, cause of action, lawsuit or proceeding against any Company Releasee(s).
