Common use of No Pending Lawsuits Clause in Contracts

No Pending Lawsuits. Employee represents that Employee has no lawsuits, claims, or actions pending in Employee’s name, or on behalf of any other person or entity, against the Company or any of the other Releasees. The Parties represent that neither Party intends to bring any claims on their own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity against the other Party or, in the case of Employee, against any of the other Releasees.

Employee represents that Employee she has no lawsuits, claims, or actions pending in Employee’s her name, or on behalf of any other person or entity, against the Company or any of the other Releaseesperson or entity referred to herein. The Parties represent Employee also represents that neither Party intends she does not intend to bring any claims on their her own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity against the Company or any other Party orperson or entity referred to herein, now known or unknown which may have arisen, or which may arise, from Employee’s employment with or separation from the Company as described in the case of Employee, against any of the other Releaseesthis Agreement or otherwise.

The Parties represent that neither Party intends to bring any claims on their own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity against the other Party or, in the case of Employee, against any of the other Releaseesreferred to herein.
