Employee warrants and represents that Employee has not filed any pending complaint, charge, claim or grievance concerning Employee's compensation, separation from employment or terms and conditions of employment against the Company with any local, state or federal agency, court or commission, and that if any agency, commission or court assumes jurisdiction of any such complaint or charge on behalf of Employee, Employee will immediately request that agency, commission, or court to dismiss such proceeding.
