Common use of No Pending Transactions Clause in Contracts

No Pending Transactions. Except for the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, the Seller is not a party to, bound by, or the subject of any agreement, undertaking, or commitment to sell, lease, or exchange the Patents to any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, or other business entity or individual.
