NO PERSONAL LIABILITY CONFERRED. This Agreement shall not create or permit any personal liability or obligation on the part of any officer, director, partner, member, manager, employee or shareholder of any of the Newhall Companies (except obligations of Newhall Companies under this Agreement or related documents) or of any of the Investors.
