Common use of No Personal Liability of Directors, Officers, Employees and Unitholders Clause in Contracts

No Personal Liability of Directors, Officers, Employees and Unitholders. No director, officer, partner, employee, member or manager of the General Partner will have any liability for any obligations of the Borrower, or for any claim based on, in respect of, or by reason of, such obligations or their creation. Each Lender waives and releases all such liability. This waiver and release are part of the consideration for the making of the Loans and the issuance of Letters of Credit.
