Common use of No Personal Liability of Issuer Officials Clause in Contracts

No Personal Liability of Issuer Officials. No representation, warranty, covenant or agreement contained in the Bonds or in this Indenture or in any of the documents or certificates related thereto shall be deemed to be the representation, warranty, covenant or agreement of any official, officer, agent, counsel or employee of the Issuer in his or her individual capacity, and neither the members of the Issuer nor any official executing the Bonds shall be liable personally on the Bonds or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the issuance thereof.
