No Personal Liability of Members. The debts, obligations and liabilities of the Company, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, shall be solely the debts, obligations and liabilities of the Company, and, to the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, no Member shall be obligated personally for any such debt, obligation or liability of the Company solely by reason of being a Member of the Company. No Member shall be liable for any obligation of the Company unless such liability is expressly assumed by such Member in a separate written agreement signed by such Member.
