No Personal Liability to Member. Notwithstanding any provision of Section 4.02 above, the indemnification provided in Section 4.02 shall in no event cause the Member to incur any liability to the Company beyond its total Capital Contributions plus its share of any undistributed profits of the Company, nor shall it result in any liability of the Member to any third party.
