NO PETS ALLOWED Clause Samples
The "No Pets Allowed" clause prohibits tenants or occupants from keeping any animals or pets within the premises. In practice, this means that residents cannot bring dogs, cats, birds, or other animals into the property, regardless of size or type, unless specifically exempted by law (such as service animals). This clause helps landlords maintain property cleanliness, prevent potential damage, and avoid disturbances or allergies among other tenants, thereby ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for all residents.
