Carpet Cleaning. Contractor shall clean all the carpets with the deep extraction method of carpet cleaning and with the manufacture of the carpet recommended cleaning solution. All carpets shall be free of dirt, (Bonnet buffing method of cleaning carpet is not acceptable.)
Carpet Cleaning. Shampooing carpets with the deep dirt extraction (steam cleaning) method per manufactures recommendations.
Carpet Cleaning. In the event of excessive wear and tear, pets or smoking residue, carpeted areas are to be professionally (not to include typical grocery store type rental units) cleaned at the lessee's expense upon the termination of the lease agreement. A paid receipt for such service shall be required. Carpet cleaning is provided free of charge to Tenant(s) prior to occupancy. In exchange for this service, Landlord requests that Tenant(s) arrange and pay for professional carpet cleaning at the end of the lease term.
Carpet Cleaning. Tenant stipulates any carpeted areas were professionally cleaned upon initial occupancy and free of pet and urine odors and stains. Tenant understands and agrees that walking on dirty and/or soiled carpets will cause damage and shorten life expectancy and therefore agrees to clean any carpeted areas as needed and on a regular basis. Landlord will provide professional carpet cleaning upon vacancy at Tenant’s expense. Costs specifically for professional cleaning of carpets will be automatically deducted, even if carpets are replaced. Carpets that become excessively soiled or stained will be charged extra. Upon vacancy, Tenant acknowledges that Landlord will hire a specific carpet cleaning vendor to test the carpets for urine and that Landlord shall not honor any receipts of carpet cleaning and that Landlord will have the carpets cleaned at Tenants expense with the approved vendor of the Landlord.
Carpet Cleaning. Tenant is responsible for carpet cleaning at the end of the lease. Carpets must be cleaned by a professional cleaning company and a receipt must be provided to management on or before move-out. Common area damages will be divided amongst all TENANTS in the UNIT unless a letter assuming responsibility is received in the office prior to move-out. There is a fifteen percent (15%) administrative charge added to all damage, cleaning, or painting charges in the UNIT.
Carpet Cleaning. If you would like to serve hot foods with sauces, or if you are serving dark drinks such as red wine at your event, please initial here: . This will act as an agreement that you as the client are responsible for carpet cleaning at a cost of $300.00 should there be stains to the carpet as a result of spillage. Your Damage Deposit of $300.00 is fully refundable; this payment will be returned to you if the carpet sustains no damage.
Carpet Cleaning. Xxxxxx agrees that the following carpet cleaning fees will be deducted from the Security Deposit:
a) 100% of actual carpet cleaning costs if the Tenant resides at the property for fewer than 12 months & 30 days.
b) 50% of actual carpet cleaning costs if the Tenant resides at the property for between 13 months and 24 months & 30 days. The Tenant will be responsible for 100% of costs for any stain treatment or additional cleaning costs caused by Tenant, Tenant’s guests or Tenant’s Pets.
c) Landlord will pay regular carpet cleaning costs if Xxxxxx resides at the property for 25 months or longer. The Tenant will still be responsible for 100% of costs for any stain treatment or additional cleaning costs caused by Tenant, Tenant’s guests or Tenant’s Pets.
Carpet Cleaning. Lessee shall have carpets professionally cleaned prior to move out, after all personal belongings have been removed. Lessee shall provide to Owner written proof showing the date on which the carpets were cleaned by a professional carpet cleaning company. If Lessee fails to have carpets professionally cleaned, fails to provide written proof of such, or if the carpets are cleaned unsatisfactorily, Owner may professionally clean or replace the carpets upon the Lessee’s vacating the Premises and charge the Lessee accordingly. Steam cleaning of the carpets with a Rug Doctor or similar machine is not acceptable.
Carpet Cleaning. Vacuum carpet with a HEPA-vacuum and steam clean. Clean the carpets by hot water, steam, deep extraction, using the carpet cleaning method recommended by the manufacturer. Bonnet buffing method of cleaning carpets is not acceptable. The carpet area will be free of stains, dirt, xxxxxxxx, carpet wicking or any other discoloration. Chairs, trash containers, plastic chair protectors and easily movable items shall be moved to clean the carpets and returned to their original locations after cleaning.
Carpet Cleaning. Tenant agrees that Landlord/Agent will take the carpet cleaning out of the security deposit. Dirt in carpet or elsewhere is not normal wear and tear.
