No Piggyback or Other Registration Rights. Other than as set forth in this Article IV, the Holder shall have no registration rights with respect to Common Units beneficially owned by the Holder (including any “piggyback” registration rights). In addition, Enterprise MLP shall not be required to include any Common Units acquired by the Holder for resale under a Shelf Registration Statement other than the Common Units that constitute Registrable Securities under this Agreement.
